Live your best life on our island-hopping adventure around the Dalmatian coast. Jump on board and experience a day at sea while exploring some of Croatia’s first-class destinations. For those who enjoy a touch of glitz and glam to those who believe in the beauty of the bare and untouched beaches, this tour has something for everyone.
The journey begins on the island of Hvar, a popular hotspot for international celebrities and no stranger to mega yachts. But beyond the prestige is a charming island town with a vibrant culture, ancient history, and fortress that sits as the symbol above the town. Grab a cocktail at one of the waterfront bars, sit back, and soak up the island vibes. Hvar is certainly where your vacation-mode begins.
You will have enough time in Hvar to wander its alleyways and beautifully ornamented palaces or cool off at one of the many seaside bars and restaurants. The one thing you should not miss is a visit to Hvar’s most recognizable landmark: the Fortica fortress. High up above Hvar town, the hike to the top isn’t as bad as it looks, and you’ll be glad you did it in the end – the views from the top stretch from the town’s red rooftops to the Pakleni islands. Not only will this make your Instagram profile, but it’ll stay locked in your memory for a lifetime.
Our next destination is the Pakleni Islands. The Pakleni islands are a group of forested islands that stretch out in front of Hvar town. Legend has it that the Pakleni islands developed as the product of a secret love between Poseidon, the Greek God of the sea, and a nymph.
You’ll have the chance to explore this island oasis as we navigate our speedboat through the series of canals, uncovering the intact nature and raw beauty of the archipelago. ‘Pakleni’ is popularly translated as ‘Hell’s islands’, though it originally derived from ‘Paklina’ or the pine resin once used to coat ships.
These islands are a haven for yachts and small boats, as their hidden inlets and secluded coves are ideal for diving, swimming, or fishing. You’ll have the chance to post up amongst the pines with a clear view of the sea ahead and enjoy a picnic or a bottle of wine. Or, if you’d rather sit for lunch, St. Klement island, the largest of the Pakleni, offers several restaurants with an exquisite selection of freshly caught fish and seafood. We recommend you visit the famous Zori restaurant for an exceptional dining experience and an unbelievable view of Palmižana bay.
And if you aren’t hungry but want to enjoy the views of Palmižana bay, you can secure a spot at the famous Laganini beach. Grab a cold cocktail, listen to the sweet sounds of music, and embrace this bit of bliss.
We can’t head back to Split without a stop in Milna, a charming seaside village on the island of Brač where you get to taste some of the local wines.
After a full and sun-kissed day on Croatia’s best islands, you’ll have time to unwind on the smooth and scenic ride back to Split.
